At Drift Clothing, we offer a 30-day return policy, giving you the flexibility to request a return within 30 days of receiving your item.
Eligibility for Returns:
To qualify for a return, items must be:
- In their original condition
- Unworn and unused
- With all original tags attached
- In the original packaging
A receipt or proof of purchase is required.

After approval, you’ll receive a return shipping label and detailed instructions on how to send your package. Please note: items sent back without prior authorization will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues:
We recommend inspecting your order immediately upon arrival. If your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, please contact us right away so we can make it right as quickly as possible.
Exchanges:
To exchange an item, return the original product first. Once your return is processed, you can place a new order for the item you’d like instead.
Return Label:
We provide a return label inside your package for your convenience. If you misplace it or require a new copy, simply contact us at support@driftclothing.site, and we will email you a downloadable return label. Please print it, attach it to your return package, and ship the item back to us.
Customer Responsibility:
If the wrong item or size was ordered by mistake, the return shipping cost will be your responsibility. We recommend reviewing your order carefully before confirming your purchase.

- Bank Processing: Allow up to 2 additional business days for the amount to reflect in your account, depending on your bank.
Cut-Off Time for Return/Refund Requests
All return or refund requests are accepted Monday to Friday, between 9 AM and 4 PM (GMT-05:00, EST). Requests made outside these hours will be processed the next business day.
Handling Damaged or Defective Items
